Space Acquisition Policies for The Guitar Wall

We like to keep things as simple as possible… life is way too complicated as it is. We hope these policies are helpful, however we welcome your input and suggestions which you may forward to us at info@theguitarwall.com

Acquiring Space on The Guitar Wall

When you pay for and acquire wall space on The Guitar Wall you are entering into a simple agreement with us (GSI Media Network). Your acquisition of wall space does not in any way convey any real property or ownership value in The Guitar Wall or GSi Media Network.

Your acquisition of selected wall space on The Guitar Wall allows you to:

  1. Upload an image of your choice as often as you like.
  2. Change your popup description as often as you like.
  3. Change your URL clickthrough as often as you like.
  4. Maintain your position(s) on The Guitar Wall permanently.

Your acquisition of selected wall space on The Guitar Wall does not allow you to:

  1. Upload inappropriate images not related to the content on the Wall to be determined solely at the discretion of GSi Media Network. You should know what this means.
  2. Hack into our system or in any way disrupt or degrade the software platform that serves The Guitar Wall and related sites.

Your acquisition of selected wall space on The Guitar Wall is subject to the following:

  1. Wall space acquisitions are permanent.
  2. You may cancel and relinquish your wall space at any time, however under no circumstances will any refund be made for unused or cancelled space.
  3. You may sell or transfer your space to another party for their use however such sale or transfer must ultimately be approved by GSi Guitar Network… although it’ll probably be fine.
  4. We reserve the right to move a wall space to a nearby location to optimize overall use of the wall. This is usually a very rare occurance and only happens if a small space is blocking a potential large block from utilizing the wall.

There may be things that are beyond our control like:

  1. Server or internet failure
  2. Software malfunction
  3. Acts of war and other unpleasant stuff

We’ll always do our best to make sure everything is working properly and you get the very best service possible (which is in everybody’s best interest)... but don’t ask for compensation if any of these things happen because there will be… no compensation.
